- College Degree
- 3-5 years commercial aquatic experience or 3-5 years direct business management/development experience

- Capable of and complete understanding of, accounts payable/receivable, profit/loss statements.
- Ability to operate, maintain and fully manage a designated territory and accounts.

- Ability to direct daily operations to:
- Recruit Hire and Train
- Increase Sales for Company and Clients
