What is the difference between an exclusive and a non-exclusive rental?

Exclusive means your group has the lane or diving well to itself for the reserved time. Non-exclusive means you share it with other swimmers, which is a flexible option for individuals and small groups who do not need the space to themselves.

How many lanes and hours should my group book?
  • Number of swimmers and their speed levels
  • Practice format, such as sets, drills, or lessons
  • How long the session should run
  • Whether you need warm-up or cool-down space
Should I choose a half-day or a full-day swim meet rental?

A half-day meet suits smaller events such as dual meets or age-group competitions with fewer heats. A full-day meet is better for invitationals or meets with several teams, longer warm-ups, and awards. Count your expected events and teams before choosing.

How do I choose the right facility for my rental?
  • Number of lanes and pool length
  • Depth and whether a diving well is available
  • Location and parking for your group
  • Days and times the facility is open for rentals
What should our group bring on rental day?
  • Your own kickboards, pull buoys, fins, and water weights
  • Timing equipment for meets
  • Copies of your roster and emergency contacts
  • Water bottles, since only water is allowed on the deck
What can a cabana rental be used for?

A cabana is typically a shaded or semi-private space where a small group can relax between swims, such as a family gathering or a team hospitality area. Size, features, and use rules depend on the facility, so mention your plans when you apply.

When are rental times easiest to get?

Early mornings, weekday afternoons, and other off-peak hours are usually easier to book than evenings and weekends, when public and team demand is highest. Flexible dates and a backup time also help you secure a slot.

What safety steps should our group plan in advance?
  • Have your responsible adult on deck for the whole event
  • Learn where exits, first aid, and emergency phones are
  • Follow all lifeguard and staff instructions
  • Share participants’ health concerns with your coaches
How should we plan our schedule so we are not rushed?

Treat your reservation as one block that covers arrival, setup, the activity, and pack-up. Build the schedule backward from the end time, and set aside the last 10 to 15 minutes for collecting equipment, so your group leaves on time.
